The name originates from the Sicilian word “timpa” which refers to a strong slope. In fact the slopes that climb this vineyard can well exceed 70%. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has strong notes of white peach and pomegranate on the nose, with floral notes of jasmine and almond flowers on the finish. Fresh and persistent with marked acidity well balanced by alcohol, the wine offers a mellow and soft finish.

MATURATION
The wine spends 6 months in concrete tanks.
