Flexible Delivery

📍 Hanoi (Inner City)
Same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:00 AM.
Free delivery within a 5km radius from our warehouse for orders from 1,000,000 VND.
No minimum order requirement.

📍 Danang – Hoi An (Inner City)
Same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:00 AM.
Free delivery within a 5km radius from the city center of Danang or Hoi An for orders from 1,000,000 VND.
Minimum order: 500,000 VND.

📍 Suburban & Other Provinces
Dry goods: Free delivery for orders from 1,000,000 VND. Minimum order: 500,000 VND.
Refrigerated goods: Only delivered if transport time is under 12 hours to ensure product quality. Only whole-piece products are shipped. Minimum order: 2,000,000 VND.

Easy Returns, No Worries

Return period: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions: Products must be intact, unused, and in original packaging.
Cost: Free return/exchange if the issue is caused by A Tavola.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after payment confirmation and if the order has not yet been shipped. Please provide your order number when contacting us so we can assist you promptly.
